Board is $400 month, can be prorated to either first or fifteenth of the month
AMENITIES:
* 24' X 12' "in and out style mare motel. Your horse can choose sun or shade, rain or shine and the breeze is phenomenal
*PROFESSIONAL QUALITY Sand over compacted DG arena 90ft x 170 ft, graded to 1% slope (all weather footing) The new barn and arena are completed and we are accepting boarders.
*Fifty foot diameter by 5 feet high round pen
*Locked, lighted 12' x 12' tack room. Second larger tack room is in rehab mode
*Bright as day LED lighting in barn center aisle, tack room, and arena
*Direct access to endless trails on the San Diego Wildlife refuge - no motorized vehicle access - Ride to Bonita and beyond

MANAGEMENT:
*Barn manager has 30 years experience managing all types of horses from small ponies to warmbloods and Thoroughbreds
*Barn manager lives a 5 minute walk from barn.
*Barn manager does the morning feed and checks up on horses daily. Will replace fly masks and do a general check on horse well being.
*Training is available on site or at dressage ar​ena across street (but is not a condition of boarding)

SERVICES:
*Cleaned Daily
* Bermuda and/or Alfalfa fed twice daily
* Your supplements/grain fed every evening (can give 1 quart rice bran with supplements)
*choice of automatic water or bucket)
*No curfew: you have access to your horse 24/7
*your farrier and vet are welcome, or you can join vet clinics organized twice annually with ECLAP (your vet and farrier will appreciate the shady center aisle with convenient electrical outlets)
